Before booking please read our terms and conditions below:

Apartments are available from 3pm on day of arrival.
- Apartments are to be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
- Apartments must not be occupied by more persons than stated.
- The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at any time, in their opinion, the behaviour of a visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is affected.
- The management does not hold itself responsible for articles left in rooms or for cars left in car park.
- Tenants are responsible for any loss or breakages.
- Families & couples only. Sorry, we do not cater for Stag & Hen parties.
- Comfort & cleanliness are most vital. We ask visitors to assist us by keeping the apartments clean and tidy and avoiding undue noise which might disturb others.
- In the event of cancellation, we regret booking fees are not returnable.
- Apartments are booked on acceptance of deposit, any balance due must be paid on arrival, in cash.
